Security for legal costs after Brexit

In his latest ILO article, Jakob Widner discusses a recent Supreme Court decision on whether a plaintiff from the United Kingdom must now, after BREXIT, provide security for legal costs. The Supreme Court found the foreign plaintiff cannot be required to provide security for legal costs since Austrian court decisions remain enforceable in the UK even after BREXIT.
