Alexander Isola heads the Insolvency and Restructuring team together with Stefan Weileder.

His practice focuses on insolvency administration, in-court and out-of-court restructuring and reorganisation advice, distressed M&A, white-collar crime and foundation law. He is active as a restructuring or insolvency administrator and has been involved in almost every significant insolvency case in Austria in the last decade, advising debtors or creditors or as an insolvency administrator.

Alexander is known for quick, often-unconventional solutions. He is recommended as a leading restructuring lawyer by JUVE, Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR and others.

He also provides comprehensive advice to major family businesses. He sits on several supervisory and advisory boards, including Andritz AG, Bene GmbH, VGN Medien Holding GmbH and G.L. Pharma GmbH.
