On December 22nd, 2022, our highly coveted and traditional insolvency law promotion prize in cooperation with Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz (Prof. Bettina Nunner-Krautgasser, head of the Institute of Civil Procedure and Insolvency Law) took place again. This year’s winners are Tobias Weidinger, Marie-Sophie Siebenhofer and Carolina Pany.
