Katharina Weiß joined GRAF ISOLA in November 2023 as an lawyer and substitute, supporting mainly the practice groups Insolvency/Restructuring and Corporate/M&A. She had already been working for the firm as an associate since September 2022.
Prior to that, she had worked as an associate in a commercial law firm in Vienna since 2019 and passed the Austrian bar exam in 2022.
She specialises in insolvency administration, judicial and extrajudicial restructuring and reorganisation advice as well as various areas of corporate and company law.
During her law studies at the University of Vienna, she worked as a legal intern with the Public Prosecution Department in Vienna. After her studies, she completed her judicial clerkship in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court.
Katharina Weiß speaks German, English and Italian.
