Graf Isola’s insolvency team, led by Alexander Isola and Stefan Weileder, advised ZINKPOWER (www.zinkpower.com) on the acquisition of the insolvent company Peter Lössl GmbH.
ZINKPOWER is part of the KOPF Group, domiciled in Kirchheim near Stuttgart. ZINKPOWER is one of the world’s leading hot-dip galvanizing companies, with 37 zinc coating shops in Europe, America and Asia. ZINKPOWER also took over 60 employees of Peter Lössl GmbH in Vorchdorf, who now continue their work at the facility in Vorchdorf.
Also involved were Mr. Hochleitner, who acted as a liquidator, and Mr. Shiller in his capacity as the debtor representative.
