Supreme Court on breach of trust

Trust is important in every relationship, also in an employment context. Two recent decisions by the Supreme Court illustrate this, dealing with the issue of when a breach of trust warrants summary dismissal. In one case, a conversation between her superiors were secretly recorded by an employee on a mobile phone; in the other case, an employee on sick leave partied with his buddies from the motorcycle club. How did the Supreme Court decide?
