Gregor Clemens Ohnewein has been working as an associate at GRAF ISOLA in Graz since 2024.

Gregor Clemens Ohnewein studied law at the University of Graz and completed a semester abroad at the University of Milan (Bicocca). He also completed a postgraduate Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European Business Law at the University of Stockholm. In his dissertation at the University of Vienna, he deals with the meaning and purpose of capital protection under stock corporation law and the question of why and to what extent this understanding has changed so fundamentally in the recent past. During his studies, he gained professional experience in a renowned law firm in Vienna and worked for a lobbying organization in Brussels. Before joining GRAF ISOLA, he worked as an associate with a focus on corporate and M&A in renowned commercial law firms in Vienna and Graz and as a lawyer in a real estate company.
