Otto Wächter was the guest speaker at the Paris regional meeting of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
‘Tricks and tips for the acknowledgment of foreign court proceedings and the enforcement of foreign judgments in the US and in Europe´.
The main focus of his address was on cross-border legal cases between Europe and the USA in particular. Around 150 lawyers discussed developments in the sector at the meeting, which was supported by the Paris bar association.
