The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) takes effect in May 2018 and will change existing European data protection laws significantly. In the light of this the Data Protection Team of Graf Isola (f.k.a. Graf & Pitkowitz) has published the bilingual Ecolex Special Edition as a guide for corporations on how to comply with the Regulation.<\/p>\n

On May 25, 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) will come into force. Ferdinand Graf and Marija Kri\u017eanac have prepared a guide for corporations on how to comply with the Regulation. This recently published Ecolex Special Edition, both in german and english language, contains an introduction to key topics of the GDPR and provides recommendation on its implementation. In addition a check list shall serve companies as a guidance and starting point.<\/p>\n
