The M&A team of Graf Isola advised German based Cherry GmbH on the acquisition of the Austrian Theobroma Systems Design and Consulting GmbH. Signing and Closing of the deal took place in October 2020. <\/p>\n

Graf Isola advised on all aspects of the transaction including due diligence, drafting and negotiations.<\/p>\n

The Graf Isola team consisted of Andreas Edlinger and Ferdinand Graf (Corporate\/M&A), Jakob Widner and Axel Guttmann (Employment), Claudia Csaky and Marija Krizanac (IP and Data Protection) and Stefan Weileder (Finance). <\/p>\n

Cherry is a leading global manufacturer of computer input devices and switches for mechanical keyboards. Theobroma Systems is a developer and manufacturer of embedded systems. <\/p>\n
