Gunter Nitsche – professor emeritus and Of Counsel in our firm has received the \u201eAward for Excellent Teaching 2019\/2020\u201c for his particularly outstanding teaching concept at Graz University of Technology and his great personal commitment to teaching. This is another example that academics are of high priority in our firm. <\/p>\n

In his course “Patent Law”, Gunter Nitsche uses the so-called Socratic method. By asking appropriate questions, students are enabled to question their own points of view. This is a technique which greatly increases knowledge potential.  <\/p>\n
