Hubert Burda Media acquired the digital brands Netdoktor.at and Netdoktor.ch from Vienna-based netdoktor.at GmbH on February 1, 2021. The M&A team of Graf Isola acted as counsel to the buyer in all legal aspects of this transaction. The signing took place at the end of January 2021. <\/p>\n

The Graf Isola team was led by Ferdinand Graf; including Andreas Edlinger (Corporate\/M&A), Jakob Widner and Axel Guttmann (Labor Law), Claudia Csaky and Marija Krizanac (IP and Data Protection). Burda will be the largest provider of digital health information in the German-speaking region (D\/A\/CH). The acquisition has generated a great deal of media coverage.<\/p>\n

Ferdinand Graf emphasizes the good cooperation between the individual teams, which made it possible to structure and implement the transaction under particularly tight time constraints. After advising the German CHERRY GmbH on the acquisition of the Austrian Theobroma Systems Design und Consulting GmbH, this transaction is another excellent example of the firm’s cross-border M&A expertise.<\/p>\n
