We represent clients at every stage of the proceedings, often in review proceedings before national and international public procurement review bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Our main areas of expertise include infrastructure and transport. In the past, we advised the best bidder Autostrade in the award of the contract for the operation of the Austrian HGV toll system (to date the largest infrastructure project in Austria) and the French construction group Vinci in the PPP Ostregion project (A5 northern motorway).&nbsp; We have further expertise in the arts and culture sector, healthcare, energy and IT, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Our clients appreciate us as a full-service law firm, where the procurement and infrastructure team can draw on experts from other areas of law that have a link to procurement law.
