We assist our clients in corporate transactions and restructurings, such as capital increases, mergers, de-mergers and transformations \u2013 also in a cross-border\/multi-jurisdiction context. Our team recently advised LUKOIL on cross-border restructurings and capital measures, helped the publicly-listed Andritz Group on the de-merger and merger of group subsidiaries and counselled Hubert Burda Media on the acquisition of the Austrian and Swiss medical platforms Netdoktor.at and Netdoktor.ch.<\/p>\n
A strong focus of our work in recent years has been the handling of corporate disputes – both before state courts and in arbitration proceedings. For example, we represented the French\/Belgian DEXIA Group in a dispute arising from the nationalisation of Kommunalkredit.
