He represented the French\/Belgian Dexia Group against the Republic of Austria in the course of the emergency nationalisation of Kommunalkredit and the province of Salzburg in dealing with the financial shenanigans of a civil servant wasting public money on speculative trading activities.<\/p>\n<p>Ferdinand has international experience through his studies in the United States and his work in law firms in New York and Washington.
