He also provides employment law advice on company acquisitions and restructuring (works constitution, social plan, transfer of undertakings), employment law compliance &amp; data protection, and company pension schemes and litigation.<\/p>\n<p>In the life sciences sector, he advises on contract drafting in distribution and R&amp;D as well as regulatory requirements and compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Jakob studied in Vienna and New York and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
