A particular focus of his work is insurance law, especially liability issues in D&amp;O and professional liability cases, as well as coverage disputes. In addition, he advises and represents clients in corporate law disputes and conflicts in transport, technology, and real estate law. He also regularly assists with the international enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.<\/p>\n\n<p>While studying business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, he worked as a legal assistant at two international commercial law firms in Vienna.
