Our main focus lies on the support in the handling of insurance claims as well as the enforcement and defense of claims in coverage disputes and recourse proceedings.
Furthermore, we regularly assist in the handling of major claims, where we develop overall strategic lines of defense, coordinate mass litigation and take over the monitoring of complex criminal, civil and insolvency proceedings. In addition, our activities often include forensic examinations as well as (litigation) risk assessments.
