LUKOIL International has conducted a record EUR 6,2 billion capital increase – the largest ever since its establishment. Lukoil was advised by its long trusted Austrian advisors lawfirms Graf Isola and Wolf Theiss.

The insolvency team of Graf Isola (f.k.a. Graf & Pitkowitz), led by Stefan Weileder and Alexander Isola, advises the Austrian airline Fly Niki - insolvency proceeding were initiated against Fly Niki on 13 December in Germany. The option of filing secondary insolvency proceedings in Austria is currently being reviewed.
